1Before they leave the hospital
You can say"Please ask to talk with the hospital case manager or social worker before you leave."
You can ask"Do you have your discharge papers, your medicines, and a follow-up appointment?"
2A place to rest and recover
At the Gospel MissionWomen and children can ask about Sierra House at the Mission (575-388-5071). Everyone can come in for meals, showers and a place to sit during open hours.
